* Huberdeau passed through the slot to Barkov, who moved it back across to Marchessault to the left of the net. Marchessault dropped to one knee and shot past a sliding Crawford for his first goal.

"Every game is different. That was an ugly, ugly game, the way it ended up. For 30 minutes, it was probably heading in the right direction. The fact of whether it was complacency [or not], the way it ended, it wasn't good enough."
"We were going along fine and then that one play changed the complexion of the game. At that point, whether it was the frustration, complacency or no compete, it wasn't fun after that point." Joel Quenneville said.
"If we continue to play like that and think we're going to turn it on come playoff time, we've got another thing coming." Jonathan Toews said.

"It's tough. We had such a good first period and a good start to the second. They turned it on there in the last 10 minutes in the second. It's pretty impressive, and I thought we played good. I've got to come up with a save there in OT." Scott Darling said.
"We were 100 percent better than we were last game. We had everything going our way there and we started getting cute in the neutral zone and some poor turnovers gave them some rush chances. We have got to be better with the puck." Joel Quenneville said.
